Why K.O.
As a product designer by trade and a passionate home cook, I spent a long time looking for a good Japanese knife in Switzerland. The choice was limited, and what existed lacked real craftsmanship. Abroad, the collections were far more interesting, but between unclear shipping costs and customs uncertainty, buying became a headache. I created K.O. to solve that: a quality selection, available in Switzerland, with no surprises at delivery.
